With over 25 years of experience as a Law Professor and currently serving as the National Director of International Development of the School of Social Sciences and Government at Tecnológico de Monterrey, ITESM. My research focuses on transparency, accountability, and corruption, as well as alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. I am excited to join the Reach Alliance, eager to support young researchers and learn from their innovative perspectives.
