Arif Woozeer is a graduate from Singapore Management University’s School of Computing and Information Systems, where he completed a bachelor of science in information systems with a second major in affective technologies from the College of Integrative Studies. His studies explored how technology can be designed to support emotional well-being, particularly at the intersection of human interaction design, and artificial intelligence. Wooz is especially interested in how digital tools can foster reflection, agency, and inclusion among young people in Southeast Asia. Outside the classroom, he co-founded a mental health startup focused on emotional design, and has worked across public, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial settings. He enjoys building thoughtful systems and hopes to contribute to a more empathetic and human-centred digital future.
