Lisa is a professional coach, speaker and facilitator who has dedicated herself to coaching women early in their leadership journey, to prepare them to be the impactful leaders the world so sorely needs. Always looking for ways to increase her impact, she volunteers with local organizations to boost others’ potential with her own coaching expertise, including the Positive Space Network, to build safer futures for LGBT youth. Lisa is moved by the words of Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, “The problem with gender is that it prescribes how we should be, rather than recognizing how we are.” Lisa holds an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University after starting her post secondary journey studying Psychology and Philosophy at Western University. She brings her curiosity, intuition, and powerful ability to ask the right questions to uncover blind spots to the Sealy Coaching & Performance community of practice where we help you with clarity to see where you’re headed. We support you with evidence-based interventions so that you hone habits that stick. And we help you and your team build the resilience to recover confidently when change gets hard.
