Emily Bond began her entrepreneurial career as the co-founder of a digital services company. After successfully running the company for nearly a decade, Emily joined a global agency as the Director, Operations to gain broader experience. During the next ten years, Emily advanced through progressively senior roles and completed her tenure as Managing Director of the Canadian business unit. Emily is moved by the words of Peter Drucker, “The best way to predict the future is to create it”. Returning to her entrepreneurial roots as a team and leadership coach, Emily helps leaders learn how to create a culture of high performance in complex team environments. She works with curious, courageous and committed leaders and teams specializing in coaching them through high-stakes transitions such as leadership onboarding and team inception. Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario and multiple professional certifications from the International Coaching Federation and The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Instrument among others.
