Vadim is passionate about facilitating growth and development through experiential learning and has been immersed in this work for more than a decade as a student-affairs professional. Working with graduate students at the Centre for Global Health at the University of Toronto’s Dalla Lana School of Public Health, Vadim applies both his education and training in psychology and sport to the programs he designs and implements empowering students to grow as global scholars and citizens. A thoughtful, big picture thinker, Vadim is moved by the words from Walt Whitman, “Be curious, not judgmental.” Vadim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Graduate Certificate in Sports Business Management from Durham College. He brings considered guidance to the rich program of ongoing professional performance coaching that is integral to the Reach experience, driving proficiency among researchers, staff and faculty mentors.
