Ignacio holds a PhD in Economics and is a Data Scientist specializing in Computational Economic Models. He currently serves as a Professor of Economics at the Puebla Campus of Tecnológico de Monterrey. Ignacio is also the Academic Coordinator for the Cryptoeconomics 2023 contest, “Deciphering Wealth with Intelligence,” and has led the Tec Social Lab initiative from 2019 to 2023, where he oversaw the development of public entrepreneurship proposals.
In addition, Ignacio is a member of the expert team at the FAIR Center for Financial Access, Inclusion, and Research.
