Solange Rosa is Director of the Bertha Centre for Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the Solution Space at the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town (UCT) in South Africa. She has also been an independent public policy and strategy consultant, in the areas of public policy, human rights, social innovation, public sector innovation and development. Her clients include international organisations, national and provincial government departments, academic institutions, non-government organisations and philanthropic foundations. She has taught on Executive Education and MBA programmes at the UCT Graduate School of Business and the UCT School of Economics. She has a Doctorate in Constitutional Law from the University of Stellenbosch and a Masters degree in Law from the University of Cape Town. Previously she was Chief Director of Policy and Strategy in the Premier’s Department of the Western Cape Government.
