Below is a step-by-step guide to ensure a smooth application process and address common questions.
If you encounter any technical issues, please email reachalliance.munk@utoronto.ca with the subject line: LastName, FirstName — Application Portal Technical Issue. Applications for the general cohort are closed and applications for the health economics project close on Friday, February 14, 2025 at 11:59 pm ET.
Application Instructions:
- Access the Application Portal
- Confirm Eligibility
- To be eligible, you must be registered for the Fall and Winter 2025-26 terms. Confirm your eligibility by checking the box on the left. Then, enter your first name, last name and university email address to start an application. Click “Submit”, to log into the application portal.
- Check Your Email
- Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with the subject line “Welcome to the Reach Alliance Application Portal.” Pin or flag this email for easy access in order to log back into the portal at a later date. If you do not see this email, check your junk/spam folder and click “Mark as not Junk”.
- Resetting Your Password
- If you forget your password, revisit the application portal and click on “Already started a 2025-26 application?”. Then, select “Forgot your 2025-26 application password?” and enter your university email address. Your application password will then be sent to your email.
- Access Your Application Dashboard
- Once logged in, you’ll see a dashboard displaying your Applicant Information and Application Forms. Click on the “2025-26 U of T Reach Researcher Application Form” to start your application.
- Complete the Application Form
- The form has eight sections to complete. A progress bar at the top of each section tracks your completion status. Ensure you have the required documentation ready to upload in a single pdf (resume, unofficial transcript)
- Saving and Submitting Your Application
- At any point, you can click “Save & Exit” and then “Logout” to continue your application later. Once you click “Submit” on the last section of the form, you will no longer be able to edit your application.
