Stefanija is a passionate, process-oriented leader that thrives off of the energy of a team environment. As a former varsity athlete and current Assistant Coach with Toronto Metropolitan University’s women’s basketball team, she believes that the most successful teams are the most connected ones. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with those around her, creating a foundation for resilience and success. She strives to find opportunities for growth in every challenge, embracing adversity and the opportunity to tackle hard conversations. Stefanija holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management from Toronto Metropolitan University, and brings a reflective and curious mindset to the Sealy Coaching and Performance team.
