Rushay Naik

Rushay is a global health strategy consultant with experience working across international organizations and over two dozen governments in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. He is the founder of SOLITON, a tactical service design studio employing site-based approaches to build resilient and integrated health systems. Recent engagements include deployments for the World Health Organization to country offices in the Solomon Islands, Tonga, and the Philippines, and technical support to the OECD in Paris in collaboration with partners at the World Bank and the European Commission. Rushay holds an MSc in Health Systems Research from the University of Toronto, where his research centred on health systems governance in the post-conflict state, and an Honours BSc from the University of Toronto’s Victoria College, during which he was a part of the Reach Alliance’s Team Mongolia 2018-19.
